Over the past two days, we’ve witnessed remarkable ideas, bold visions and inspiring conversations that are already shaping the future of retail. Today, as we head into the closing stretch, let's not lose any steam. This last day is an opportunity to consolidate everything you’ve learned, deepen the connections you’ve made, and leave Paris with fresh perspectives to bring back to your business.
This morning we are starting with a keynote that goes straight to the heart of what makes retail thrive: community. Simone Dominici of KIKO and Massimo Volpe of Retail Hub will share their insights into how unified commerce can foster stronger brand communities—an essential driver for growth in a world where customers seek authenticity and connection.
Later in the day, we’ll hear from Monica Cannalire and Federico Veronesi on the evolution of Calzedonia and their vision for the future of Oniverse Group. Jason Goldberg of Publicis Group and Diana Marshall of Walmart will then take us on a journey to reimagine retail, with customer experience placed firmly at the centre.
