Club Digital Media is the French association that brings together all professionals involved in screen-based communication.
It gathers all the expertise required to successfully carry out digitalization projects, whether it's the digitalization of physical spaces or of the customer and employee experience.
Founded in 2005, Club Digital Media now includes around sixty companies, ranging from hardware manufacturers and software developers to advertising sales houses, integrators, and distributors.
Its members are active across all sectors where digitalization is relevant: retail, corporate environments, public venues, restaurants, cultural institutions, leisure, government, education, events, and more.
The mission of Club Digital Media is to unite a community of professionals, enhance their expertise, and contribute to the development of the market.
The Club regularly organizes events (afterworks, conferences) to educate the market and foster networking among its members. It also leads working groups to produce studies and industry reports, provide CSR tools to its members (training, carbon calculator, charter, etc.), and offer guidance on legal and regulatory matters.

FEDERATION FRANÇAISE DE LA FRANCHISE (FFF)
Acteur majeur du dynamisme de l’économie française, la Fédération française de la franchise est la fédération professionnelle des franchiseurs et de leurs franchisés depuis 1971. Elle représente le modèle de la franchise, un modèle d’entrepreneuriat fondé sur le transfert du savoir-faire et le partage de valeur. Son rôle est de promouvoir, défendre et pérenniser le modèle de la franchise, mais également de fédérer son écosystème et de créer les outils et l’environnement propice au développement et à la performance des réseaux de franchise.
La Fédération Française de la Franchise a créé en 1981 le Salon Franchise Expo Paris, devenu depuis un rendez-vous annuel international majeur de la franchise.
En 2009, la FFF a créé L’Académie de la franchise, premier organisme de formation aux métiers de la franchise, dont l’offre est dédiée aux actuels et futurs franchiseurs mais aussi futurs franchisés.
La franchise représente en France 1 965 réseaux, 79 134 points de vente franchisés, pour plus de 68,8 milliards d’euros de chiffre d’affaires. L’activité génère 795 441 (directs et indirects).

IADS
The International Association of Department Stores (IADS) is the only expert body specialising globally in the department store retail format. Consisting of leading department store members around the globe, the Association acts as an international network, facilitating exchange and communication between members. It also conducts research to address department stores' current challenges and provide actionable insights for its members.
Today, IADS permanent members include Beijing Hualian Group (PRC), Bloomingdale’s (USA), Boyner (Turkey), Breuninger (Germany), Chalhoub Group (UAE), Centro Beco (Venezuela), El Corte Inglés (Spain), El Palacio de Hierro (Mexico), Falabella (Chile, Colombia and Peru), Galeries Lafayette (France), John Lewis & Partners (UK), Lifestyle International Holding (Hong Kong), Magasin du Nord (Denmark), Manor (Switzerland), The Mall Group (Thailand), TSUM Kyiv (Ukraine). These retail leaders are joined by a network of other department stores and retail companies as corresponding members.
Together, the IADS members, all key players in their respective markets, create a landscape of various business models and cultures and represent more than €40.5bn cumulated annual turnover, achieved through more than 549 stores with 251,000 associates in 28 countries.
Through its own activities and partnerships with NellyRodi, Retail Hub and RH-ISAC, the Association constantly stays up to date on its members’ questions and challenges. It generates solution-driven problem-solving processes for its members so that they are prepared to face the future of the retail industry.
