Practical information

  • What are the show dates and times?

    The exhibition is open to the public from Tuesday, September 15, through Thursday, September 17, 2026—from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except on Thursday, September 18, when it is open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Exhibitors may access the trade show (during the show’s opening hours) on Tuesday, September 15, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; on September 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and on September 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  • When will the 2026 edition of the show take place?
    NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show Europe will take place from Tuesday, September 15 to Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Exhibitor access

  • How do I access my customer/exhibitor area?

    Your exhibitor area can be accessed at the following address: https://aecopa26.exh.mapyourshow.com/7_0/main/login

    Enter your email address to access your customer portal.

    On your first login, you will receive an email from [email protected] to create your password.

  • I've lost/forgotten my password for my exhibitor area. How can I retrieve it?

    Access codes to your exhibitor area are no longer sent to you by e-mail.

    If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply enter your login and click on "Forgot password".

    A reset link will be automatically e-mailed to the address of the show manager.

    If you have any questions or need assistance with your registration, please contact our team by filling out the online form.

  • I already took part in last year's show. Can I reuse my customer account (e-mail address + password) to register for the new edition?

    No. We have introduced a new platform to enhance your experience. When logging in for the first time, you will need to create a new password.

    You will receive an email allowing you to create your password.

Exhibitor registration

  • Who are my trade show contacts for registration?

  • Can more than one person exhibit on your stand?

    Yes,
    To register a co-exhibitor or a collective exhibitor, please contact your sales representative.

  • Can we choose our location?

    You can inform your sales representative of your desired location, and they'll do their best to accommodate you.

    As soon as the plan is ready, we'll send you notification of your location.

    Your deposit must be paid in advance for a location to be allocated to you.

  • What documents do I need to register?

    A Kbis with all your contact details will be required.

    Foreign company: intracommunity VAT number or business certificate to be invoiced without VAT (VAT is still compulsory on badges, invitations and parking).

  • What is the deadline for finalizing your registration?
    You have until the day before the show opens on September 15, 2025, to register (subject to space availability).
  • Who can I contact after registering?

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or cheque (France only).

    • Bank transfer : The bank details for making a bank transfer can be found directly on your invoice, order form or, if required, in your customer area > Customer Documents & Invoices > Pay Now
    • Credit card: Payment by credit card is made directly in your customer area: Tab Financial Area > Financials > Make payment

  • What are the insurance rules at the show?

    Insurance is compulsory for exhibitors.

    It is included in your stand reservation.

    If you are already covered by your own insurance, you can request a certificate of insurance from your Exhibitor Relations Officer.

  • What are the different stand options?

    We offer different types of stand

    • Equipped stand compulsory for surfaces from 9 to 24 m² inclusive ("Le stand by Marcelo Joulia" equipment)
    • Bare stand > 24m²

  • Where can I find information about my stand?
    You can find your ordered stand type on the homepage of your Exhibitor Portal.
  • What color will the carpet on the showroom aisles be?
    No carpet in the aisles at this year's show.
  • Where can I find the architectural regulations?
    Architectural regulations can be found on your exhibitor portal> Logistics Information > Architecture Rules.
  • I have a bare stand. Who can I send my plan to?
    If you have a bare stand, you must send your plan to the following address before July 13, 2026: [email protected]
  • I have an equipped stand. Who should I contact?
    If you have an equipped stand, the service provider will contact you directly before June, 2026.
  • How can I order additional services?

    You can order services for your stand via the online shop (stand fitting, electricity, furniture, parking, flowers, audiovisuals, etc. )

  • What is the purpose of the forms in the exhibitor area?
    All exhibitors are required to complete these forms to ensure the smooth operation of the trade show and everyone’s safety. You'll find the Safety Notice to fill in the Checklist tab.
  • Where can I find all the regulations, terms and conditions?
    The various regulations can be downloaded from the "Practical info" tab in your customer/exhibitor area.

  • How many exhibitor badges am I entitled to?

    Shell scheme stand

    • 9 m² to 17.99 m²: 4 Expo Passes + 1 All-Access
    • 18 m² to 26.99 m²: 8 Expo Passes + 1 All-Access
    • 27 m² to 35.99 m²: 12 Expo Passes + 1 All-Access

    Space-only stand

  • How do I get my exhibitor badges?

    Exhibitor badges can be created through your Exhibitor Portal starting May 28.

    Please note that a unique email address is required for each badge.

    Badges cannot be downloaded and must be printed on-site.

    On-site badge printing will only be available once your outstanding balance for your stand and any additional services has been paid in full.

  • How do I personalize my exhibitor badges?
    In your exhibitor area, in the "Badges and Invitations" section, you will be able to access your e-code and send it by e-mail to your customers - information and link coming soon. Please note Non-retailers holding an invitation will be refused access and will have to pay for a pass.
  • How many conference badges do I get?

    The badge gives access to Lunch Area / Keynote session / Red VIP Carpet

    • 9 m² - 35.99 m² = 1 badge
    • 36 m² - 53,99 m² = 2 badges
    • 54 m²- 80,99 m² = 3 badges
    • ≥ 81 m² = 4 badges

    Additional conference badges to be ordered in the boutique of your customer area :

    • For retailers : €950 (excl.VAT) each
    • For non-retailers : €1,950 (excl. VAT) each, to be ordered in the store in your customer area

Invitations

  • Am I entitled to invitations?

    Yes. You receive 2 complimentary All Access Pass invitations for your retail clients, which can be redeemed using a promotional code.

    You also receive an unlimited promotional code that allows your retail clients and prospects to purchase All Access Passes at a preferential rate.

    These offers are strictly reserved for retailers (retail chains, brands, e-commerce websites, and marketplaces).

    Important: Expo Passes are free for retailers. Visitors who are not retailers but use one of these invitation codes will be denied entry and will be required to purchase the appropriate pass.

  • How do I register for the catalogue?

    You can register for the catalogue from your exhibitor area “Complete Your Profile”.

  • Where can I generate and download my personalized banner?
    You can create your own banners on this page: https://media-kit.io/nrf-2026/
  • How can I order communication tools?
    Please contact the Sales team.
  • Where can I submit my press kit?
    You can drop it off at the Press/Influence Club as soon as you arrive at the show.

Orders & Invoices

  • I haven't received my invoice. How can I get it back?

    You can find it in your exhibitor portal > Customer Documents & Invoices > View your documents. If you don't see it, it's because it hasn't yet been sent to you, and will be as soon as possible by our invoicing department. An e-mail is sent to you to inform you of the availability of the invoice/credit note on their customer area. Invoices are only sent by post.

  • How do I change / cancel my order?

    Booth orders and technical service orders are managed separately.

    • Booth orders: If you wish to modify your booth order, please contact your sales representative.
    • Technical service orders (electricity, furniture, internet, etc.) placed through the online shop: please contact the support team at [email protected].

    Please note that technical service orders can only be modified or cancelled up to the applicable deadline. Once a service has been installed, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

  • Where can I view my ordered items?
    Items ordered on the online store are visible on the online store.
  • Can someone else place orders for me?

    Yes. Access to the online shop has been sent to the primary contact registered for your company. You may share these login details with anyone who needs to place orders on your behalf, such as your stand builder, assistant, or service provider.

    Any orders placed using these login details are made under your responsibility. By default, the billing address is your company's registered address. If you would like to use a different billing address, please contact the support team at [email protected].

  • Where can I find the salon's bank details?
    You will find the RIB of the salon at the bottom of your invoices and also at the bottom of your order forms.
  • How does vat recovery work?

  • Are store items marked up?
    The shop closes on September 4th, 2026. From August 28th, items will be marked up by 20%.

Assembly / Disassembly

  • What are the assembly/disassembly dates?
    Show set-up and dismantling dates and times are available in your exhibitor area and in your exhibitor guide.
  • How do I order assembly/disassembly badges for my service providers and subcontractors?

    Assembly/disassembly badges for your service providers and subcontractors are not personal and will be available at the entrance to the halls from the start of assembly.

    They will be distributed by the security service set up by the organizer. They are not valid during the period when the show is open to the public.

  • I have a logistical question. Who can I contact?
